Rates:
May - September
$500 per week $110 per night with 2 night minimum
October - April
$400 per week $95 per night with 2 night minium.
$50 cleaning fee with $25.00 refundable if cottage is left clean.
At time of reservation 1/2 fee for deposit required.
Rrefundable if reservation cancelled prior to 10 days before check in. After 10 days
deposit is nonrefundable.
Balance of rental fee due 7 days prior to check in.
